I never thought I’d be writing a glowing review for a collection agency, but here we are!

This was my first experience navigating a situation involving a collection agency, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better interaction. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in walking me through the process, providing background and context, and sharing information that ultimately helped me understand my options and work toward resolving the situation.

What stood out most was the level of customer service. I can only imagine that working in collections means regularly speaking with people who are frustrated, stressed, or not necessarily at their kindest. Yet, this team approached my situation with such professionalism, compassion, and a genuine willingness to help. At no point did I feel judged, rushed, or dismissed. Instead, I felt informed, supported, and empowered to take the next steps.

I walked into this experience not knowing what to expect and walked away genuinely elated by the interaction. That is certainly not something I ever anticipated saying about a collection agency!

While I would never wish for anyone to find themselves needing the services of a collection agency, if you do happen to find yourself in that position, you absolutely want this team on your side. They have turned what could have been an incredibly unpleasant experience into one that reminded me just how much kindness and exceptional customer service matter.

If I could give Lisa more stars, I definitely would! I had no idea I had a debt sent to collections (the original company had an incorrect address listed and I never received an invoice). Lisa was professional and gave me peace of mind as we worked to resolve the debt. The call was simple, stress free, and an overall great experience.
