If I could give Lisa more stars, I definitely would! I had no idea I had a debt sent to collections (the original company had an incorrect address listed and I never received an invoice). Lisa was professional and gave me peace of mind as we worked to resolve the debt. The call was simple, stress free, and an overall great experience. We accidentally missed our electricity closing bill when we moved out of Indiana a few years ago. I didn't know what to expect before calling New World, but Lisa was absolutely kind and helpful. I called New World Collection today about an account on my credit. I was very worried about calling but I was connected with Allen, who provided me an amazing experience. He was very professional, courtesy and really help me to understand and explain all my options. He even shared tips on how to understand my credit and to make it better. I left our call with such a positive outcome and wanted to again thank him for looking out for me and the experience he provided. Not all companies have someone who cares like Allen.
